first we cook the succus first
potato x 5-8
carrot x 3-4
sepegeti succus (pargo brand)
meat x rm8
tomato x 12
original tomato succus x1-2 pack
tomato sos x1
scallion or spring onion x 3-6
tin mushroom x1
tin tuna x1
hot dog x 1 pack
oil abit
sugur abit
salt abit
-hot the pot, and put the oil
-fry the sring onion in small piece ,fry enough put beside.
-fry the meat for few minut
-fry the potato ,corrat in small piece
( hot dog can put here to fry a few min or put when put spegeti succus )
-fry tomato in small piece for few second only
-put spegeti succus, same water, original tomato succus, tuna, mushroom ,sugur, salt
-taste the succus see what thing not enough ,can put some tomato sos.
-cook until the succus boil and cook more 5 min, than done
second cook the pena
pene x 1 kg (see how much you want to eat , remember must balance with the succus)
salt abit
oil abit
-boil the water
-put some salt and oil to the boiling water
-put pene in ,and alway beat up slowly, because the pene will stick tgt .
-after 6 min check the pene , whether it enough cook .
-enough cook , put it to the plate with succus ! done !!
